General terms and conditions of business

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. Any general terms and conditions or similar documents of our contractual partner will not become part of the contract, even subsidiarily. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Offer & Contract Conclusion

The customer's order constitutes an offer. A contract is only formed upon our acceptance. The customer will be notified of our acceptance via email. An order is only possible if all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the order form are completed and the privacy policy has been accepted. If information is missing or we are unable to fulfill the order for other reasons, the customer will receive an error message. Before final submission of the order, the customer has the opportunity to correct it. Supporting details are provided to the customer directly during the ordering process. Once the order process is complete, the customer will be notified by an information window stating, "Your order is complete and has been successfully sent to us." This does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.

Once we receive the order, the customer will be notified of its receipt via the email address they provided. This notification does not yet constitute acceptance of the customer's offer on our part.

We reserve the right to reduce orders without giving reasons in order to enable all customers to purchase our products. Only our current delivery and payment terms apply to deliveries. Deviating agreements are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.

Due to limited quantities of certain products, a sale may occur during your order. Availability is subject to change!

Data processing & customer data

The customer expressly agrees that their personal data provided during the ordering and/or registration process will be stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. This data will be used to comply with legal requirements, process payments, deliver ordered goods, provide customer support, and for marketing purposes. Furthermore, the customer expressly agrees to receive promotional mailings from us and from third parties. This consent can be revoked at any time by email. maturity

The order becomes legally binding upon our confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of typographical, printing, or calculation errors on the website.

Delivery & Shipping

Our Print At Home vouchers are automatically sent via email immediately after payment is received.

Payment methods / Due date

The customer is obligated to pay the full purchase price upon conclusion of the contract. Delivery of the goods will only take place after receipt of the payment in our bank account.

Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, including all statutory charges and taxes (sales tax), excluding transport costs, which may be payable separately.

Right of withdrawal

Entrepreneurs are not entitled to a right of withdrawal/cancellation.

For consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act who have placed an order via distance selling, the following applies:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Austrian substantive law; the application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. The contract language is German.

The Commercial Court of Vienna shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this contract. However, we reserve the right to bring legal action at the general place of jurisdiction of the other party.
