Terms and Conditions – Santos Bar World Cup Public Viewing Prize Draw
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is ROJO GmbH, Favoritenstraße 4-6/II, 1040 Vienna (FN 398208 a, Commercial Court Vienna, VAT ATU68014828), operator of Santos Mexican Grill & Bar. The prize draw is in no way connected with Instagram, Meta, FIFA or any other third party, and is neither sponsored nor supported by them.
2. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are all natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Austria. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation
Participation is achieved by submitting a tip via the online form and confirming these terms and conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted. Participation requires personal attendance on site.
4. Participation Period
Participation is possible on every match day of the World Cup Public Viewing – per match from kick-off preparations until no later than 5 minutes after kick-off. Predictions received after this time will not be considered for the respective match.
5. Prize
For each correctly predicted match, there is a voucher for a Corona 6-pack to be won. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be paid out in cash, and exchange is excluded.
6. Determination of Winners & Redemption
The result is determined immediately after the final whistle of the respective match based on the submitted prediction. In the case of a correct prediction, the voucher is issued directly afterwards. Redemption is only possible on site on the same match day; later redemption is excluded.
7. Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of participation will be processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw and will be deleted after its conclusion, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. For details, see the privacy policy: [Link]. Contact: office@santos-bar.com.
8. Miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw in whole or in part where there is good cause (e.g. technical problems, manipulation). Austrian law applies.
